Just tried Island Thyme for the first time. We each had a bowl, one with pork and one with tempura shrimp.
Both delicious! Layers of flavors that complement and perfectly meld. We also appreciate the biodegradable bowls instead of plastic! 10 out of 10!

The Shrimp Tempura bowl is on a whole different level! The crunch, the flavor, the freshness… every bite is insane. I don’t know what magic they put in this, but everyone needs to try it at least once.🌴🔥🍤😋

Island Thyme Food Truck offers fantastic and yummy Caribbean food with fresh ingredients. The menu includes jerk chicken bowls, island bowls, kalua sliders, island dogs, smoked chicken, and volcanic bites appetizers, all with great flavor profiles and wonderful tender meat. Portion sizes are great and the food comes out fast. The service is top tier, awesome, and friendly, with amazing and pleasant owners who are wonderful to chat with. The atmosphere is community oriented. They provide gluten free and vegetarian options and allow some customization. It is highly recommended for anyone in the area, especially after a long day of hiking.
