Very difficult to get someone on the phone since change in ownership! Has anyone else talked to a human. Very frustrating and such a different vibe.
I celebrated my birthday at Chico Hot Springs, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It needs mentioning that there were NINE other birthdays that same night and we were all dining in The Dining Room at the same time. The natural pools were warm, peaceful, and exactly what I needed.
The Dining Room was a true standout—the food was incredible, and the service was genuinely exceptional. The staff made the night feel special in every way.
