The owner has absolutely no customer service skills
If you can get seated it takes an hour or more to get your food. First time I tried The old Saloon we walked out after waiting 45 mins for someone to take our drink order. 2nd time we stood at the front for 30 minutes to be told they can’t seat us. Always short on help!!!
My daughter and I were at Old Saloon for the Elle King concert August 15th. The staff were amazing!! Efficient and well organized. Everything from the parking, wristbands, bus ride and gate entry went very quickly and smoothly. The venue was setup with bar service every few feet and those lines were moving well also.
