Burnt Tree Brewing Reviews
Had a great selection of beers to try! We had their specialty pizza with cranberries and hot honey and a bunch of stuff I can’t remember and it was freaking delicious. The savory was balanced with the sweet and spicy and when you ate the crust to finish it off the honey gave it a dessert feel. Super delicious!! We sat outside at their picnic tables and the waiter who came out to bring us our food was super nice.
Excellent beer, excellent pizza. They’ve got a great beer garden outside too.
We stayed in Ennis last week on a fishing trip, Burnt Tree and Gravel we're our favorite spots, from Honky Tonk Tues to Trout Rodeo the music was top class. We are all going to miss Ennis and the awesome small town vibe, hopefully see u again one day.

Burnt Tree Brewing is a super cool place that offers good beers, including standout choices like the marga wheata and a top notch Brown ale. The establishment has a beautiful interior and a friendly, super nice staff, making it a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink. The pizza is fantastic and freaking delicious, with a specialty pizza with cranberries and hot honey that is super delicious. The fresh, local ingredients and excellent service contribute to a phenomenal dining experience.
With a great selection of beers and a nicely rounded tap list, the brewery provides a consistent quality of beers that rival larger breweries. The outdoor seating area is dog-friendly, complete with a bowl of water for pets and picnic tables, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Burnt Tree Brewing is a must-visit in Ennis for those looking to enjoy great pizza, beer, and good vibes.
