Willie’s is GREAT! I, however, made the mistake of shopping thru them online for a surprise gift to be sent to Arizona…. BIG MISTAKE! My order went thru a company called BigThirst.com… Terrible service! In fact, one giant headache after another! Granted, it was Christmas time, but even so, BigThirst marketed themselves well, or so I thought… their system would not accept my email for tracking, only the recipients… It took 2 weeks just to get a tracking number out of them, as you can’t call, it’s only email… when they did come up with a tracking number, they sent it to the recipient only, (surprise!) ALONG WITH THE INVOICE SHOWING THE COST OF EACH ITEM!!! Hello? It’s a GIFT!!!😱This company is out of Texas, so, I thought that Texas to Arizona might be quicker??? Not so! My friends are STILL waiting… Aside from the order, there is a $20 signing fee to prove they are over 21…😖 They’re former Montanans who love Willie’s, and they’re IN THEIR 70’s! BigThirst is definitely not for convenience. I hope Willie’s is able to create more good jobs in Montana, & handle their own shipping with the same care that they handle their product someday. Shipping alcohol on one’s own has become more difficult due to liability issues with the shippers, so, I thought this was the answer. If Willie’s switched shippers, it may improve. But BigThirst? Never again.

Was there the day after 4th. Place was crazy busy with only 1 person working to take of the crowd. Turns out the owner was there but he was too busy drinking with his people to bother to help his overworked bartender. Yet he still made time to come in from outside everytime he needed another drink and give her grief about something. I felt so bad for her. I hear you're going to expand your place soon. Hopefully you hire more staff and maybe step away from your own product and maybe help out like I good business owner should. If it would have been me working and you ignored the line out the door the second time I would have certainly told you to go f___k yourself and quit. It's a small town I'd be embarrassed if I was you Willie!!

It’s a nice place to check out. They’re a distillery so you can’t treat this place like a bar. There’s nice seating upstairs on a deck. No bar upstairs. Only two drinks (or one depending what you’re getting) They serve some food. The gift shop is cute

While passing through Ennis we spotted this distillery. We have a hard time passing up distilleries so we stopped. I believe we ended up with 5 bottles of various whiskey and bourbons. We even bought T-shirts. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We even learned a bit about the Devils Brigade from the interesting information all over the walls. We recommend a stop here if you like tasting spirits. Cheers!

Was so very impressed! The tasting experience was much more satisfying than so many other distilleries I’ve been to. The staff was knowledgeable and engaging. Only here for a short time but I would go again given the chance
