Sue was an awesome host and welcomed us as soon as we entered. They have tons of merchandise on your way in and you walk through and turn left and the bar is on the right.
I discovered the huckleberry cream liquor several years earlier on a trip through Wyoming and buy a few bottles whenever we travel in the areas they sell these. It's always in stock in my home bar.
This time we were staying in Island Park and I didn't even realize we were so close to the distillery!!! We drove by a few times and vowed to come back and check it out. SOOO glad we did we were able to try 6 flights and I also got a drink with the salted caramel cream liquor, which is a newer addition to the line up and sounded delicious! I hadn't tried it yet but had purchased a bottle at a liquor store the day before.
The drink was delicious the locals who were drinking in the bar were great to chat with. I definitely want to come back for a tour (turns out we were a bit too late for one when we arrived) crossing my fingers I can talk hubby into coming this way again.

We stopped by Willie’s today and had a great experience. Bar service was very friendly and knowledgeable. We left with three bottles of Whiskey after we tried the Huckleberry Mule and Old Fashioned made with their Rye Whiskey, both of which were great.

Together with my wife, we thought that there would be some guided tour around the distillery, with some stories as a background. Unfortunately, we had to Google it all. Hence four stars.

The distillery/shop is like a museum inside with tons of history and military related memorabilia. Our craft cocktails were good. Courteous staff.

This is an amazing distillery! Many whiskey choices but also vodka, gin, moonshine, brandy, and others. I'm so glad to have visited Ennis and was able to see where my favorite coffee creamer comes from 😉. It's a classy place.
