I ordered online through the app and sent my fiance in for pick up. When he brought the order I opened it to find it shredded and broken and I called and was told it could be remade with no problems. Wasn't asked to bring back a receipt or the wrap and when my fiance showed up the manager confronted him and made it seem like we lied and that my fiance was some type of theif. This place is absolutely horrible. Used to be great and now they treat paying customers like that

Ordered our sandwiches online and that was the first mistake. We waited till the pick up time went in and the guy hadnât even started our order so we sat and to wait, 20 minutes later in an almost empty restaurant they were done. We took the sandwiches out to the car and my husbandâs sandwich wasnât toasted and also had tomatoes on it so we went right back into the store and they tried just scraping off the tomatoes and just putting in the toaster with all the veggies on top. We requested they remake the sandwich instead and we had to keep reminding them how to make the sandwich when they had the ticket right in front of them ⊠I would have taken my sandwich back in as well because I order the home run ham that says â30%â more ham . I got two single pieces of ham on my sandwich⊠just donât go here go down the road to a different subway they donât read the tickets they donât add on anything you pay extra for.

We had great service her. I did not get her name, but she was sweet and very good customer service. Our sandwiches were good. I bought 2 gift cards and got a free 6 inch. Sub for free she made it for us for a kid outside. Thank for that.

Visited today and ordered my sandwiches and first the guy who was making my sandwich said he didnât want to make my sandwich cuz it was too challenging. Also as they are making my my order they also have flies landing on all of the food. The employees DONT care and have no care about how to make the sandwichâs at all! No phone number on the location to call the owner of location. This location is violating the Health/food codes by having flies all over the food. Itâs so disgusting. The employees also donât know how to operate the register to scan codes or to even register certain sandwiches lol this location unfortunately is a JOKE and I will NOT be going to this location EVER again until they change everything about how they run this organization at this location. Sad ?Another note two employees are working right now and only one is making the sandwiches and the other is mostly just standing around letting the other employee do majority of the work just because he chooses to. Complete laziness. Complete and utterly sad what this business has come to. Not really training employees or even hiring quality work.
