Pretty much good every time. Only once had I gotten the wrong thing but it was fixed immediately and even though it wasn't what I ordered it was good. My only slight complaint, is that the lines are long because they're so popular. Even with long lines the wait isn't that bad. Definitely worth the stop.Kid-friendliness: They have hot cocoa and they cool it off with milk upon request.

Amazing fruit smoothies, definitely worth the almost $9 price tag for the biggest one! Was a little put off on my second trip when the barista made fun of an elderly customers odor in the opposing lane after closing the window on her side, but not mine so I could hear everything. But the food and drinks are delicious!
