I'd swim the Mississippi just for the opportunity to stand in line for one of these burritos. They have the kind of breakfast that makes me say, "Yaahooo!" and punch the sky like the freeze frame at the end of Breakfast Club.
It's just a bus that does brekky....but boy do they DO brekky! Delicious sandwiches (I love the bagel sammich!), burritos, and bowls as well! If uou drive by Rustic Hut do stop in for a great, quick breakfast treat!

THE BEST!!! I'm hooked! A breakfast burrito from "The Bus", is a treat I give myself several times a week. Hard working, friendly ladies hit it out of the park with this idea. Do yourself a favor. Stop & enjoy!
