“Tonight was the maiden voyage of the Chimichanga at The Joseph Cafe. It came out piping hot, stuffed full of chicken, beans and Pico de Gallo, and was as big as my head! The flavor was outstanding and I will be full for a week! If you are close by, come in and treat yourself to good food. Great job Laurie, Ty, and the crew of the Joseph Cafe!“

“Very old establishment. Some cool old stuff and some was a bit dull. Biscuits and hash browns were great. The server was efficient but seemed a bit depressed as the town appeared to be too. Not many options on this stretch of road. No regrets overall. If you’re into the retro old western vibe this might be worth a stop.“
