Based on the reviews, La Cocinita is a wonderful little place in the middle of Montana. It is worth getting off the freeway for, serving authentic Mexican food, not the Americanized stuff. The quesabirria tacos were AMAZING, and the torta, super burrito with very tender chicken, and beef enchiladas were also good. The food tasted fresh, with fresh pico de gallo, very good salsa, and a side of spicy nacho cheese sauce. The homemade lemon cake is as good as you'd find in Paris. The atmosphere is casual but upbeat, very clean, and the staff is friendly. They are just starting out so hours vary, so it is best to call first. Dine in or carry out is available.
