Our service was fantastic!! Izzy was polite, sweet, attentive and adorable. She checked in on us often, but not pushy The food had wonderful flavors and tasted great. My steak was great flavor with blue cheese baked on top. But it was not hot and overcooked. I asked for medium rare, but was barely pink. My mother in law enjoyed her trout tremendously. My husband enjoyed his elk medallions they were very tender. Unfortunately none of our meals was super hot. It was pretty pricey but expected

Excellent food in a cozy dining room. I hate to do it but have to ding the service. I hope the long wait was due to understaffing. Possibly a ticket didn't go in, or maybe they had to thaw the Bison. We waited almost an hour for our main course (fabulous bison short ribs) and watched parties who arrived well after us served promptly. So, highly recommend McGill's and hope they can staff up a bit.

Restaurant was great; food was excellent, service and the price was perfect. The best prime rib we ever had. It was a wonderful experience!

We splurged and we are happier for it! Food was amazing - rainbow trout for me and beef tenderloin for the wife - cocktails mixed perfectly and the wait staff ever ready but never obtrusive - this is a step above most restaurants you will dine at, so go ahead treat yourself, you won't be sorry.

Wow. Is it possible to have a 20 out 10 experience. I'm a cook and when I tell u it's the best food I've eaten. That's impressive. Every bite was a flavor explosion. Every dish was prepared to perfection. I cannot recommend this highly enough. Truly a wonderful experience, from the staff to the food. A+++

Food was good - loved the bone marrow but the pita it came with was burnt. Gnocchi was great. Our biggest issue was how terrible the service was. Our waitress spilled water all over the table and just said “it happens” then left us to clean it up. I had to go ask another waitress for napkins. She barely checked on us unless it was to put the dessert menu in my face while I was eating. So don't expect much when ya go.

Elk medalilons were patties and raw and tough. When presented as raw instead of medium rare as requested it was taken back to the kitchen for over 20 minutes and all the entire plate with potatoes and all thrown into the oven, Got a right temp back but it was tough and the potatoes were overly crisped and hard. Wine list was good selection, but by the glass was watered down or improperly stored as quality wasn't there, didn't taste like wine. Over priced for the quality and presentation. Dessert...never ever have seen an apple cherry pie (interesting fruit combo) offered with chocolate syrup since the salted caramel syrup was out

New chef , according to our waiter, over cooked all 4 of our entrees. One of four we returned to the kitchen and got it prepared correctly. We were offered free drinks and/or desserts. We ordered all 5 desserts and they were all mediocre. The table next to us was also complaining, bad night for the kitchen at 320 Ranch.

We stayed at the 320 Guest Ranch and ate here during our stay. The restaurant was bustling and the staff were nice. We ordered the Ribeye and Cesar Salad. Unfortunately our order didn't print off in the kitchen and wasn't caught for roughly 45 minutes. My wife and myself were happy to just talk to each other and watch it snow in the middle of June, but the food did take a loooooong time to come out. They tried to make it right with free drinks or dessert (unfortunately we were stuffed from the food) and ultimately gave us a discount even though we didn't ask for it. We understand mistakes happen and we weren't mad at them. The food was great though. We love it and would go back again if we come back through again this summer!

We've had Christmas Eve dinner reservations booked since October 1st. Our family goes to McGills every Christmas Eve for their sleighride and dinner. Last night they went for the sleigh ride and dinner, only to find out they closed the restaurant for the winter. They never informed us of this change to let us know they decided to close down for the season. Needless to say, we had nowhere to go for Christmas Eve dinner with such late notice and no reservations. I'm super disappointed in 320's/McGill's management for leaving us out to dry on Christmas Eve.

Been a few different times now. Live in Big Sky and used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Not sure what happened but the quality does not come close to the price of the food now. Very disappointed another great restaurant in Big Sky has lost its touch.Great staff though!

We were staying at the ranch and looking forward to dinner especially after seeing how good their breakfast was. However, we were beyond disappointed when every meal that we had came out bland and/or incorrect. It turns out that the main cook was tending to a wedding on site so there was someone else covering. It ruined the experience so much that they would have been better to close the restaurant for the evening than to disappoint all their patrons. All around us we saw plates getting sent back so it wasn’t just us either. I’m willing to give them another shot but it was really a terrible dinner. Only positive was how Sidney (our server) handled the mess that she was dealt. I hope this was just an isolated incident so we’ll see next time we’re back.

This was probably the best restaurant we ate at on our vacation in terms of food and service. I would consider it on the finer side of dining without the need to completely dress us. I still wore jeans and a nice top, but my kids wore shorts. The service was top notch. My kids ordered the Mac and cheese, but they weren't a fan of it being finished off in a broiler. I never said anything. I was capable of picking off the tiny little burned pieces, but as the chef was making his rounds he noticed the kids weren't eating it and asked what was wrong. When they told him he completely remade the mac and cheese and made it creamy with no burned pieces. My kids were so thrilled. When we left they hugged the chef. Lol. That kind of attention isn't typically given to kiddos when we go out, and I really appreciated it. I also had the best huckleberry margarita, and my oldest son and I split the bone in rib eye. It was AMAZING!
