Delicious dinner. Had a great thick pork chop, expertly prepared, and a hearty mushroom bolognese. The interesting chili-crisp smashed cucumber salad was super good. And the service was very attentive and top-notch.
Bison and elk were fantastic! Meatball shared plate also good. Beautiful window tables and huge wine list. Very pricy but good. Caesar salad was tiny and average, certainly not worth $19. Would come back for the game dishes.
Sitting on the back deck enjoying a beautiful night and listening to the Gallatin River flowing was just the beginning of this amazing experience. The waitstaff were welcoming and perfectly attentive. The food was creative and delicious! We shared the greek meatballs; the burrata salad and a special shrimp appetizer and all were fantastic.
