Winter very limited on seating options. You order at a window then take a seat of eating there. Burgers are huge! Bison was ok the Elk had way better flavor but both seem like they could use some salt or something. Fries were real good as well. Great place for warmer months but we were passing through end of Oct.

The service was very friendly and great but the food was "terrible." We got one regular burger and one bison burger. Both burgers were rock dry. Fries were good but overall it was very disappointing for the price we paid.

My son daughter-in-law and granddaughter and I stopped after a visit to yellowstone. It was pretty busy, but still we got our food pretty quickly, the burger was exceptional. I actually ordered the child's size burger with fries, it was more than enough. There's a little area where kids can play, and that's where we sat. I have to say that I also use the bathroom and it was exceptionally clean. There were elk and some nearby property as well.

Went to this spot 2 nights in a row after days of long hikes and it satisfies. Elk and bison burgers were great, no complaints. The margarita was good, big bowl of marg for $10 cant be that. I ordered the jalapeño marg but it didnt really taste like jalapeño marg but more like a lemon margarita but it hits you. You know when it hits, its good, its strong! Also had calamari and that breaded mushroom which were good as well. We’ll be back for sure. People that are reviewing that they have bad service, listen, you don’t expect any service if you order at the window. Be thankful they bring your food to your table. Anyhow, thanks for the great food and ambience! We’ll be back!

This place is really nice! The food was really good. Perfect for when you get back late going thru Yellowstone and need to eat. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Highly recommend the huckleberry shake if you like huckleberry. The burgers with fries was 19.00 and the shake is around 7 but that about the price you pay in the area. You can eat outside or inside.

We visited Gardiner on our 3 day Yellowstone trip to see the famous Roosevelt Arch. At lunch we ate here and I must say, that the staff were really friendly. I ordered the elk burger, and it was alright. Unfortunately the food wasn’t seasoned to my likings (burger and fries). For this price (and the name saying it’s the best Elk burger) I expected a bit more.
