I had a cheeseburger and the bun was so soggy it was falling apart fries taste like they have been sitting for over and hour and definitely need to clean the fryers I can taste it. I do not recommend eating at the corral

Absolutely the best bison and elk burger I’ve ever had in my life. So much flavor and incredible atmosphere. Great outdoor area for both kids and newly weds 😉 to enjoy. The jalapeño margarita were amazing! This deserves 10++ rating.

Hand cut fries, 5 stars! Except it came out with zero salt on them. Bison burger patty cooked perfect, but the burger itself was simply ok. The flavor was nothing to write home about. I asked for pepper jack cheese and got cheddar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere, better summer place. If they adjusted a few things with their burger, could be an incredible place.

This place was nice for my kids to play before Yellowstone. The food was good, but a bit overpriced in my opinion. 4 stars because of overpricing.

Location is really nice, and the staff was super friendly. Their kids burgers are huge, and provided our kids with two meals.
Unfortunately, my bison burger and my wife’s beef burger were overcooked and extremely dry. I’ve cooked bison before and understand it is a leaner meat, and more difficult to keep juicy, but this was like eating sawdust. The flavor was good, but the texture was subpar. We both had to drown our burgers in mayo to make them more edible.
We also ordered a salad that we didn’t notice we were missing until we got back to our hotel. Not their fault I didn’t notice, just an observation. I can take responsibility for not double checking.
It’s also one of the only places that we’ve found in Gardiner that actually will take a take out order over the phone which is nice. Most places want you to come in and order, which is just strange to me.

Okay burgers. Meh fries (hand cut is only a part of the process, you need to learn to fry things) Overfried onion rings. I mostly enjoyed the free refills, but who can mess that up
No no no. Very rarely would I write a review unless it was necessary. If I didn't have the dogs to cart back to the truck and head back to our Airbnb, I would've stayed behind and told people in line not to order.
Burgers were incredibly overpriced ($21+) for what they were. I get it if it was premium bison or elk meat, but I wasn't impressed with the lack of taste and seasoning. Felt like a burger slapped together by my 10 year old nephew.
Fries, my goodness. Not sure why I finished all but three fries since they were disgusting, but I needed to keep eating them to figure out what was wrong with them. At first glance, it looked like they were going to be super crispy! But, they were limp and flaccid and had absolutely no flavor. I actually thought they were sweet potatoes fries upon first bite. It seemed like they were undercooked or JUST boiled...nonetheless, it's hard to mess up fries, but this place did.
Chicken wings, DO NOT ORDER. They tasted like frozen Tyson wings and for $19, it was an ultimate let down. But crazily enough, the wings were not the worst part of the meal.
To top it all off, we ordered ONE root beer and a shake, but were charged for TWO sodas and a milkshake. We never got the root beer or milkshake and the clerk (young kid with attitude) mentioned he told us to pick it up around back, but we were never told that and assumed it came with the food. We finished the food and no drinks came, so we asked for a refund which was given in cash along with the attitude.
Overall, seemed like a significant lack of desire to run a good business and seems like they are relying on their marketing (oldest restaurant in town + bison & elk burgers for the Yellowstone crowd) to do the heavy lifting.
Only positive thing was the outdoor seating that allowed for dogs. But that was it.

Place was horrible. They are out of everything. They had absolutely no seasoning on the burgers. The drinks were absolutely disgusting. Views were good. Tenders and fries were good. My friends literally made fun of the restaurant and food for the rest of the week of our vacation it was that bad.

We were 8 people , ordered 4 kids and 4 adults.
They claim the meet is the same ( beef ) for all, but the adults burgers were in eatable, while the kids burgers were quite nice .
At the end they accepted to replace our burgers to the kids burgers.
Also, confirmed the meet was not fresh ( defrosted at 6 am )
Unfortunately can’t recommend anyone going here
