Brisket and Smoked Turkey sandwiches were delicious! Great for a quick lunch as well headed into Yellowstone
Top notch casual food truck. Next to the Blue Goose Saloon. Can grab a brisket sandwich and a nice brew after a rafting trip or a day in Yellowstone.
Asked what was the best on the menu and was told it was the special for the day, the sausage sandwich. So I had that and the cheesy corn. I thought it was a great meal, the sandwich was delicious with some of the available sauces drizzled on it and the corn wasn't too cheesy which was to my liking.
Enjoyed bbq
I’ve got to admit—this was the best brisket I’ve ever had, even better than what I cook myself (and I take my grilling seriously). I’ve got a Big Green Egg, Traeger, Weber, and a Blackstone at home, so I couldn’t resist asking the owner for the secret. Lucky for me, he actually shared it—but sorry, it’s not mine to pass on. Go try it for yourself and maybe he’ll let you in on it too.
One heads-up: if you’re expecting fine dining, this isn’t the place. It’s rustic, rough around the edges, and rednecky—but that’s what makes it a true hole-in-the-wall gem. No frills, just ridiculously good food. You’ll thank me later.
No pics this time—I was too busy inhaling my plate. Next time, I’ll try to slow down!
BBQ was some of the best we’ve had outside of the south 😀
Good bbq food shack It shares a lot with a taco shack, coffee shack, and bar, across the street from the Wonderland Cafe and Lodge. The menu is simple and comes with 1/2 or full portions. I got the 1/2 portion brisket and mustard greens.
This place is great! My wife and I are locals, it's one of our go to spots in town! The brisket sandwich with spicy onions and their baked beans are great. They are more than willing to accommodate my wife's allergies, which is a big deal for us. This is a great place to eat, I highly recommend them!
Big tables to hang out with friends, visit, and eat some fabulous bbq. Love the sauces!
Stellar food. Great service, one of my favorite places in Gardiner, all the food is prepared in house, which is a huge plus, and always get the spicy pickles

Are here two nights in a row while visiting Yellowstone. Both nights were great, first was their special pulled pork with slaw sandwich, the second night was their spare ribs and bbq beans. Would highly recommend. They are shutting down for the season mid-Oct so you may have to wait until spring to enjoy their bbq.
