Celiac safe!! The owner is GF conscientious so the sauce and sides are all GF & you can get a GF bun that will make you think you did something to deserve such goodness!! Great service and next to the bar for cocktails. Relaxed picnic table vibe and billiards at the bar too. Highly recommend the portobello mushroom & ribs & beans!
2.5 Brisket was decent; but sauces, cheesy corn and coleslaw were not to our liking. Maybe we are spoiled by excellent BBQ joints in the midwest. Otherwise, average. Overall, food experience in Gardiner was nothing to write home about, but this is probably one of your better options.
Usually not into food trucks but was really missing our smoker after 4 weeks on the road. Wife had brisket and I had smoked turkey sandwich. Both were awesome! Would definitely recommend this place to folks that know good smoked food!
