Worst visit at this location. I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru for 1 hot and spicy chicken. I tried going inside to pick up my order since the line of cars was out into the street, but was told they cannot change the pickup option to counter. While waiting in line, the manager on duty was eating nuggets with an employee near the cashier window. I asked why everything was taking 35 minutes the manager said we're busy, have a nice night and closed the window on me. I captured the last 35 seconds of them hanging out eating on video while customers we're waiting.

Went through drive up and placed an order chicken deluxe meal with cheese no drink and ketchup in the bag. With a special order I was surprised that the sandwich was cold and didn’t melt the cheese at all. Fries were hot but over salted a lot! No napkins, no ketchup and no thank you or smile. The sandwich had a lot of shredded lettuce maybe to disguise the small size of the chicken patty and fill up bun space? For $10+ I expect better service and product. The garbage can on the side of the building was full beyond capacity. I rarely go in for lunch and this just reminds me why.

I had got some food from this place and I would say it have the terrible food and service I every had, I got a burger numerous of times and ask for no mustard and they always tell me to throw it away like that’s a wast of food and like they bring out a burger as the size of a pea. Maybe they need to get better service or new people.

Literally can not do anything right I asked politely for extra pickles and not even a pickle on my cheeseburger don’t ever go here staff is very rude. The blonde hair guy that works about at 6 on the 15 of September was very rude to every one

Don’t post stuff on yalls menus if it isn’t gonna be up and ready for order or put out of order on the digital screen. I’ve came here so many times and every time have had an issue always thinking maybe I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt maybe it was just crap workers that day, but no absolutely anytime I come here they are rude, and always mess up ordering and then post things they don’t even have ready for order?🤣 I know this is McDonald’s and “what do ya expect” but the Sidney mt one has never been as crap as this place

This McDonald's was filthy and filled with flies, the trash cans were overflowing , the floor was so sticky your shoes stuck to the floor! The one good thing was the person handing the order was personable, it should be closed for a serious cleaning!!!

This place was s awful. It was so slow we had to leave without getting our food. Didn't seem to be any management around to move things along. I've never been at such a poorly run McDonald's!

Pay attention, Corporate, you have problems here. I have never seen a large fries not filled to the brim at a McDs and this one was well short for two orders! The fries weren't even salted (or at least barely). McDs is an American staple and unfortunately, this Glasgow, Montana location does not represent McDs well. As tourists passing through, you get one shot at your reputation. They blew it! I only wish I had time to stop to complain in person but needed to get going! P.S. What's with the plain iced coffee? Ontario comes with standard proportioned cream and sugar (which consistently tastes great).

5 times I've ordered, 5 times I had to go back because something was wrong. And I mean supposed to be coke got root beer, not 1 time have I got it and it was right. Just got a metal foil wrapper in my sweet tea, and they act like it's nothing. I'm done with you ppl.
