Worst experience ever. I sat in the drive through for over 40 minutes no cars in front of me and 5 cars in parking lot. I finally ordered and the guy at the window took my money and told me to pull forward I looked in the window to see two other employees just standing there doing nothing so I asked the employee if it was going to be another 40 minutes until I got and instead of de-escalating the employee that they were slammed and I should come in to help cook because he had...read full review
I deliver through DoorDash. Every time I get a Burger King order the food is late and there’s almost always something not available.
Both locations in Great Falls are filthy. From greasy finger prints on the walls to flys all over the place.
Yesterday I was picking up an order for DoorDash. While waiting, the music that was blaring from the kitchen made it difficult to hear the associate. And the sexually explicit lyrics were incredibly unprofessional.
