Mike was our waiter Friday evening. We arrived and the only seating beside the bar was a high top table. The restaurant was packed. Mike came by with in five minutes of sitting for our drink order and apps. They arrived very quickly after that, again even though the place was hoping. Servers were everywhere. We were very spoiled by the service and can’t wait to go back. We always enjoy our new favorite go to restaurant.

My wife and I enjoy coming to Chili's every time. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. The free smells make it difficult to decide what to eat, though. Our waiter 'Ryder' went above and beyond and removed the bacon from my wife's deluxe burger without prior consent.(We had a previous discussion with the waiter about the ribs being pork and not beef. We are Jewish). So, you see the importance here. Thank you for your diligence.

Make sure you wear nonslip, high tread shoes when you walk in, it will help you have traction on the floor they apparently mop with grease as a closing practice. It took 20 minutes for a dip trio - a platter of chips and three pre-made dips that from the look of it need only be slopped from a no. 10 and microwaved- to come out. While we were waiting our drinks were promptly delivered by being placed precariously on one end of the table with the expectation that we distribute them...
