Manager was very rude about a little bit of trash on the floor when there is trash everywhere and thought we were talking bad and someone complained but the people he claimed said something told him they didn’t. Found hair in burger and gave us wrong order. We’re pointing and looking afterwards talking bad about us.
My daughter and I went in to pick up our order and we were completely ignored by the guy handing orders to customers. I even tried to speak to him to give the name on the order. He turned around and walked away. For 10/15 minutes we stood at the counter, under the order pickup sign and watched him hand out quite a few orders. I'm sorry , but I haven't got to eat there yet. So tonight we ordered 2 burgers and fries and a milkshake. I loved the fries but that was the most disgusting soggy burger , one bite and 🤢 ,my other half whose eaten there a couple times and has liked them , didn't even eat his. 50.00 down the drain 😪
