Dude I never write reviews but this was not a good experience. Our party of nine arrived, got our drinks ordered, and 10-15 minutes later we ordered food. The food then came out sporadically for an hour and a half. The last two in our group didn’t get their food until I almost NINETY minutes after ordering! Terrible service. Dining side specifically. Waited 15 minutes before being briefly acknowledged by a waitress who said she’d be right back to take our order. Waited another 10 and neither drink nor food orders were ever taken. Ended up leaving because no one would make time to take our order.
Terrible service, went in for lunch, stood at the front door, customer service from every employee was “that’s not my job, someone else can take care of it.” All the employees just walk by like the customers don’t exist. We sat there for 20 minutes without an employee noticing us or even asking us if we want water or menus. Won’t be back and I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Old Chicago because the service is absolutely awful.

The restaurant offered pizza that some say is the best. Friends couldn't chose half and half the Classic and The Bacon Alfredo. They also tried the Italian nachos, a meal in themselves with awesome chips and spicy marinara sauce for dipping. Salads and burgers are there if you are not in a pizza mood. A very friendly and attentive waitress remembered birthday and offered dessert, and drinks were spot on. Food portions were good and the pizza was delicious.
