This is #papajohnspizza idea of a "Quality Guarantee" pizza. When I receive a pizza that is so undercooked that it is glued to the bottom of the box and I paid for it, I expect #papajohnspizza would honor their "Better pizza" slogan and give me a quality pizza that would rectify the situation. Instead, I have received a pizza that was obviously carelessly made and tossed into a box like a frisbee.
