I ordered carry out an hour before closing on 11/25/25 and I received the best pizza I’ve had from Papa John’s that I’ve had in such a long time! The manager unfortunately I didn’t catch her name was so sweet and kind. She did a phenomenal job. It was fresh and hot. Perfect amount of sauce cheese and toppings. You can tell she really put love into the food she is making. I also door dash and see her working her tail off and making every order count. It was so good we sat in the parking lot and ate the whole thing 🤣

I Love Waiting for an Hour for some pizza! Why should I wait for 15-30 Minutes when I could Wait an Hour! Ordered on the app at 5:45 and lefted at 6:45.

Absolutely insane that these people cant make or cut a pizza ! Ive been in the industry for 20 years and never received such horrible service or pizza ! I don’t typically leave reviews but this was just to bad to pass up ! Did a 3 year old make and cut my pizza ? Because thats what it looks like. I will never order papa johns pizza again or any carry out for that matter ! This pizza isn’t worth money or eating ! Its garbage quality all around ! Horrible staff , Horrible low quality ingredients and its extremely obvious none of these people have a clue about how to actually make a pizza !!!!! The pizza is supposed to be a large and measures 12” is this a joke !!!! A large any where especially a new yorker is 14” - 16” . My pepperoni sausage had no pepperoni ! Here’s a clue if you just did your job right you wouldn’t have customers leading horrible messages and complaining. It’s not that hard to make a pizza Right when everything is set up for you with this franchise. Yeah, it’s delivery but for gods sake, you think that they could actually stretch the dough and cut it properly and actually put the ingredients ordered on top of it ! Nope thats to hard at this pizzeria !!!! You Suck

My pregnant wife wanted a pizza with ranch sauce instead of regular sauce. The pizza came with regular sauce on it. We waited for the food to arrive and it's wrong and we can't even get a refund. So much for better ingredients. Now my wife is trying to find something else she can eat that won't make her sick.
Pizza was hot, crust was cooked right and the ingredients taste better than other pizza chains. Staff was super friendly and our ordered was delivered on time. The team here is great!

Last 2 times we've ordered we have gotten skimpy pizzas. Our Shaqaroni looked Nothing like it has in past & or pics on web. Sad cuz this was our go-to pizza place. : ( They are nice, so I will be patient 😌
