Amazing customer service! When I noticed that my discounts from the app did not compute the gentleman stocking shelves went and got the front end manager to assist me! They refunded my savings and were happy to do so! Thanks I will continue to shop here!!! (And post kudos on my Facebook page)
We just wanted a cup of coffee and the wait was unbelievable- 15 minutes when we were 4th in line and the orders ahead were for single items. Either the staff was inexperienced or inefficient, but we have never had this kind of a wait at any of the stores even when they were very busy. We went in three times and it was always the same situation.
