I have always had a good experience at this Starbucks. Everyone works hard there (and there is lots of work). In particular, Joel (spelling?) is phenomenal. He does a great job, works hard, and always has a smile regardless of how overwhelmed I am sure they are in the morning.
Sausage bacon wrap should probably be called the meatless egg and potato wrap. The top was loose on the cup causing spill in my truck then my wife burned her arm after heating it in the microwave though she ordered extra hot. Bad visit the morning of 0645 13 June 2023. My wife's burn was partly my fault because I forgot to warn her about the loose lid. Usually a good service experience but the food and coffee container was unsatisfactory on this visit.

The staff are often nice but the quality of coffee is hit and miss. The nail in the coffin for me not returning is them closing early often, even turning me away 10 minutes before the closing time.If you want better service, hours, and coffee, Coffee Republic is in my opinion a much better choice and is just down the road.
