I frequent this location and normally have a great experience. Yesterday not so much. A very young woman named Brooke screwed up my order and didn’t know which size a Venti was. When I thought they over charged me Brook got snappy with me and when I tried explaining it to her another woman with WAY too much makeup on and bright red lipstick yelled at me before I could even finish talking.
