I ordered an iced drink in the drive through. Apparently ice was an option, when I told the barista it was warm and no ice she politely said “let me remake that”. Instead of remaking she poured the warm drink over more ice making it very watered down.

This is literally the second time I got a sandwich with zero Turkey on it when it’s supposed to be a turkey sandwich.Also the person who was taking orders had no clue what he was doing. I hate complaining but this is getting absolutely ridiculous with how much money things are for you to not even get said things and things to come out incorrect.

Everytime I go here I order my drink with a substitute milk which I’m charged 70 cents more for just to have them put regular milk in my drink. I have to return to have my drink remade just about Everytime. It’s getting old and this is the last time I will be going there.

The staff are often nice but the quality of coffee is hit and miss. The nail in the coffin for me not returning is them closing early often, even turning me away 10 minutes before the closing time.If you want better service, hours, and coffee, Coffee Republic is in my opinion a much better choice and is just down the road.

Literally the worst managed place ever I waited 20 minutes for my order because they can't staff their establishment. They have no problem clearing out their drive thru while ignoring mobile orders.

The manager on duty had not properly monitored sales of items, consequently, I was informed the order I placed online was unavailable after payment and pick up.I was only offered to replace the item [not refund]. I made the alternate selection and was unsatisfied (after one bite within 2 minutes of receiving the item). When attempting to communicate this to the manager and request a different alternative (or request a refund), her tone and customer service shifted dramatically from when she communicated her own error. I only wished her professionalism had been sustained throughout the duration of the encounter.Perhaps the company should better develop personnel to navigate conflict; the absence of professionalism [from either party customer or employee] is a sure path to escalating conflict.
