Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I live near Seattle and travel 4 states, always stopping for coffee and snacks. I will never stop here again.

Edith was very RUDE & uneducated on orders, very unpleasant experience tried to triple charge me because she didn’t know how to key in an order. Last time some kid name josh was dismissive & equally as unprofessional as Edith. Go to a better Starbucks location, don’t waste your time or money here.

I ordered a Venti sized refresher and the cup was not filled all the way to the top and had way too much ice in it. I honestly only got 6 sips out of my drink before it was gone. Would not recommended getting drinks from this location.

One outlet in the whole place. Drink was fine, but I want to sit on my laptop for 2-3 hours to work, and they decided at this Starbucks that you need to bring a backup battery, or move to the one power strip in the middle of the cafe. Really odd for a coffee shop.

If I could use zero stars I would. I walked into the location to order 1 single latte. I was greeted twice stating we will be with you shortly. After 15 min I was told they were closing the lobby and to go out and go through drive through. Needless to say I left did not order from Starbucks and went up the street to a different vendor.

The staff at this Starbucks is the most unwelcoming of any store I’ve been to and I’ve been to A LOT! They never greet customers and leave them waiting at the register without acknowledging their presence.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, especially for Starbucks (because I love Starbucks) but my experience today was not great. I ordered a cold chai and when I got to the window she asked if it was a hot chai, I said no cold. She got a cup of ice and poured the hot chai in it and then added more ice and gave it to me. It was so watery and lukewarm, terrible. Also the service was not friendly.
