We were in line for over 40mins at around 9am they didn’t get our order right, they had one drink ready but forgot to add another so we had to wait and then that drink didn’t taste correct. They weren’t friendly and gave no explanation.
I've never had a bad experience here. Today I pulled in and the parking lot was so full I had to park in the lot across the way and walk over. I was a little worried about how long I'd have to wait. The staff was incredibly friendly, shout out to Jeff, and I was in and out of there in no time! I was actually super impressed and surprised. Great way to start off my morning!

One outlet in the whole place. Drink was fine, but I want to sit on my laptop for 2-3 hours to work, and they decided at this Starbucks that you need to bring a backup battery, or move to the one power strip in the middle of the cafe. Really odd for a coffee shop.
