I usually get a sandwich after shopping and this place never disappoints. The smell of the fresh baked bread fills Walmart and lures me in every time. Sara the manager has really turned this place around and is always so friendly. I will drive the extra few miles for this location because of how friendly she is, she’s also not bad to look at ?

I ordered online came in when it said it was ready. There was 1 couple in line and that was it. The guy working on their food said he would get it right away. I had some other shopping to do. So i did that and came back 30mins later. He was still working on the same couple and the line now had 3 people and afew waiting for online orders. Another guy came out and did online orders. He proceeded to do the online order that was after mine and then started mine and then walked to the back for about 10mins. At this point it had been an hour and i pissed so i said something. Then the other guy finally started finishing my online order. But he started doing it wrong he toasted them and 1 wasnt suppose to be toasted. So i said something and he restarted. Finally i got my food. And left, when u got home my GF then told me her order was wrong they forgot cheese and condoments. I am beyond pissed and would tell you all to not go to this establishment. Not worth your time.

Don’t even bother with this place or any subway at all in this town. They have gone way down hill. Always messing up sandwiches never prepped enough food. Says they are out of stuff when clearly can see items. Stores closing early then when they are supposed to. Subway will not get my money anymore. I’ve tried being patience and kind to the workers and trying different subways and different times but same issues. The owners really need to get there stores under control.

I work at Walmart and there was a mess on the tables on my break at 10 am and it was still there on my last break at 3pm. I ordered food and the long haired guy with glasses didn’t even bother to put gloves on. I was so grossed out and i was to shocked to even say anything. Usually have a pleasant experience but today was not that kind of day. :(

The lady working had an awful attitude I believe the name was Desiree, huffed about us ordering a pretzel even though we just ordered one sandwich and the pretzel so not sure what she was upset about. Tables weren’t clean awful service as a whole I hope she has a better day after making everyone else’s worse.

Extremely unprofessional manager "Andrea " who had her music VERY LOUD and was talking about dying. My husband shut the door we were sitting next to where the music was blaring from the back. She FREAKED out that we shut the door and was extremely rude about it. Even though she new it was exceptionally loud and had profanities while wlmy 2 year old could clearly hear it. On top of her extreme rudeness to my family there was a woman who ordered in front of us that she yelled at to get back on line. The woman was older, obviously in bad health and was just getting a drink while her sandwich was toasting. Never again will we come herw because of her EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL manor.

I love Subway, but the customer service on Wed 8/17/22 around 3pm at the East Walmart Subway was pretty sad. I was the 2nd customer in the store at the time and the employee was the only one I saw. I started with "hi, how are you?" His flat response "tired". I laughed slightly and said "I'm sorry". Him: no response, no nothing. He made my sandwich reasonably enough. They didn't have pickles (may fave!) And he said "I don't think I have any prepped". I literally did "aww man bummer those are my fave, really?" It took a bit of guilt from me for him to actually go check and confirm no pickles. We wrapped up, I paid, and I said "thank you" with a smile. Got a flat you're welcome amd nothing more. I felt like such a burden to this dude for walking into the sandwich store, TO ORDER A SANDWICH!! I don't blame him if he was having a bad day truly but don't make your customer feel like you're annoyed with them simply for being a customer. What is up with our world and customer service nowadays!?
