Sushi Bars in Great Falls

“I apologize right up front for not having photos. My wife and I always sit on the sushi bar side. This is also our favorite restaurant for date night.
We had iced waters with lemons to drink. We always get some type of fried rice. Kobe’s probably has the best fried rice around. Usually I get a chicken fried rice and she gets either a chicken fried rice which she then promptly pulls out all the chicken and puts it in my bowl or she gets the vegetable fried rice which is her favorite. Today she got shrimp fried rice and I got shrimp fried rice with extra shrimp (for a small charge). Goodness! There were so many shrimp in my bowl. Crazy delicious!!!
She always gets the rainbow roll which is simply scrumptious. She only eats a couple pieces and then brings home the extra fried rice and rainbow roll.
I always get the tuna sashimi and salmon sashimi, six pieces each. I am completely full after this and will bring home any leftover fried rice. There’s never leftover sashimi.
I used to get octopus sashimi but I’m more and more conscious about this beautiful, intelligent animal and so now, I’ve taken it off my menu options. Don’t eat these wonderful animals. It has to do with the fact that they’re so intelligent and are possibly sentient. It’s up to you how you feel about this.
For the iced waters, two shrimp fried rice (one with extra shrimp and the sushi/sashimi selections our bill, with a 20% tip was about $110.00 - absolutely worth it. Have fun at Kobe’s!“

“Me and my family went here for my 16th birthday. It was really good. The Bozeman roll was the best food I had since I was three. But then again, A lot of things tasted amazing when I was three. The staff were super nice and sweet and didn't get mad when we didn't know something when we asked. Didn't judge. And generally the best place I been too. My friend said the sushi was amazing. The miso ramen was delightful and then galaxy tea mango was really good. I do agree with him. My Mom said everything was delicious. My grandpa said it was a 4 stars. But other wise. I would recommend this place.“
