We have gone to this Taco Bell several times, and their employees stand outside the main door smoking cigarettes. Today, the store manager and the assistant manager were standing out front smoking cigarettes. They both rushed back into the store as we approached the drive-through, and they were immediately on the headset. When we asked if they had changed their gloves after smoking cigarettes, they assured us that they had not only changed gloves, they had washed and sanitized their hands. At which point in the background we could hear the manager chime in, and they both became very smart alec about washing their hands. There wasn't 30 seconds between the time they walked through the main entrance and the time the assistant manager began asking about our order on the headset. If hygiene is not existence, nothing else of it matters!

I am not exaggerating when I say every.single.time. we come to this Taco Bell, items in our order are missing, or they give us the wrong protein in an item, or something like this happens (I haven’t eaten any chips, yet the bag is only half full!). We’ve been coming to this location since it opened. I’m not sure what y’all need to do to improve your quality assurance and order accuracy but this is absolutely ridiculous. I have called and complained more than once. I should not have to get my food at the drive thru, then immediately go sit in the parking lot to check & make sure my food is all there and that my order is correct, that’s YOUR job!

Make me pull around Everytime in the morning even if not busy, then they don't give sauces, and they give skimpy burritos, also half the time the order is wrong I will no longer be coming to this taco bell. If your going for breakfast I do not recommend.

Be careful, even if you tell the people you do NOT want to round up for their "charities" they will do it anyway. The food is the same taco bell food you get anywhere.
Not a fan of being "corrected" on what i don't want on an item and saying it's not this specific sauce and then being given the wrong order because of an assumption on what you thought I was trying to order and later finding out I have tons of onions inside of my burrito when the one I was trying order never had It to begin with.
