My journey is complete. When traveling I hope for wildlife, beautiful people and views, and hopefully great fresh food. My stop in today at the R & R restaurant (recommended by "Cowboy from the VFW) resulted in meals to-go for the road. My food was packaged for travel and tomorrow I'll enjoy leftovers as well as spaghetti with beautiful garlic bread. Wow!
A nicer diner vibe with a fairly extensive menu. We had an excellent server - Nancy's are the best, aren't they? We tried their lollipop wings - drenched drummer tea! Meaty and good. The teriyaki was a little heavy but still good. I opted for biscuits and gravy with bacon and the Charlie's chips - deep fried potato slices. Very nice.
