Tim was the manager the night we took our entire family for dinner for my husbands birthday and he and his amazing staff definitely made the experience memorable. The food so good and the staff really made us feel like they loved having us there and that is the reason we will continue to return.
Food is delicious and service was amazing!! Was given a 40-50 minute wait time and it only ended up being about 15-20. So happy to see Texas Roadhouse in Great Falls. Great job to all the staff!!

Based on the reviews, Texas Roadhouse in Great Falls, Montana is a great place with top notch workers who are always welcoming. The food is amazing, with the prime rib being described as amazing and the bread really good. The no alcohol strawberry lemonade and the signature legendary Margherita are excellent. Drinks and dinner are always served fresh and fast. The staff is very professional, and the name display on the table is a classy touch. However, the restaurant is always too dang noisy to talk with a party. Some customers had a bad experience with the manager, who did not acknowledge an inconvenience caused by inconsistent communication about seating a large party. The restaurant is new to Great Falls but has experience behind them. While some customers felt too many people asked about the meal, the food is good. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is a great place with well prepared food and drinks, and is recommended for anyone who likes that.
