The Hangar Cafe is a beloved gem in beautiful Hamilton, MT, and a favorite place to enjoy a cozy breakfast or brunch. From the fluffiest omelets to the best berry pancakes in town, every bite is comforting and made with care. The view is a treat too—you might just catch a plane or helicopter flying by as you sip your coffee! You'll be greeted with a smile by Miss Vonnie, who manages to juggle a million things at once while still making every guest feel seen and cared for. The talented head chef—who also owns the café—is always hard at work in the kitchen. The Hangar isn’t just a café—it’s a little slice of heaven tucked into our town. 1 Pumpkin French Toast and coffee 1 Pilot Omelet w/side gravy and coffee was the best breakfast. The server was great and helpful. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. A real restaurant with staff that know what they are doing with good food. Reservations are recommended for larger groups.
