Hangar Cafe is a fun, small diner with a cool view of planes taking off and landing. Despite the rundown atmosphere and occasional bad-attitude server, the food is always good. It's a favorite spot in the bitteroot with wonderful food, great service, and the option to sit outside during the summer to watch planes taxi and take off. A popular choice is two pancakes with two scrambled eggs and coffee, best enjoyed with a view of the runway. Reservations are recommended for larger groups.
