Pickles on chicken. Can't get much worse than that.Update 6-23-23: It has gotten worse. Last 3 times we have been there they have been out of chicken. ???Dietary restrictions: They are once again out of chicken so that will eliminate some fat from your diet.
A new employee rang in an incorrect item for my order. When I received it and politely pointed it out, her Manager showed her the button-error, but then encouraged me to just eat what I was given rather than serving me what I actually wanted. Apparently, it would be difficult to document what happened, and she didn't want to bother. Disappointed in the leader, not the new employee.

I stopped by last Monday for dinner. Went through the drive thru to order. After checking to make sure we had everything, there was an item that was wrong.
