They were so busy there was no parking but then had my food done when they said, I realized I didn’t get my sandwich till after I was home but they offered several ways to make it right and then when I went back they gave me credit for it! Super nice and apologizing (even tho it wasn’t necessary) I get it working retail and they handled it so well! Great customer service I’ve seen in a while! Thank you
This visit to Kodiak Jax was very nice. The service was very good. The food was good.... w/ the exception of the cold under-fried french-fries. (MUCH better than our last visit with a party of six -where the food was all around pretty bad.)
