ordered food at 1044pm knowing they close at 1200. Upon adding to my cart, a bubble popped up stating the store closes at 1200 but not to worry if I place my order before 1100 then it would be fulfilled. My order was cancelled after a few minutes. I am only upset someone did not notify me the reason and if it is because of the narrow window of closing then the pop up bubble should be amended to a different time. every other time has been a good experience.
The service from this Dominos was stellar! I was passing through town on an Amtrak train and I had pre-placed an order with them in the app to make sure it would be ready when we arrived. Long story short. Our scheduled 20-25 min stop in town turned into 8 min and the crew on the train did not want us to leave the platform. Went into the store to order and found it a little dated. They person at the counter was friendly and made sure my order was correct. The strange thing was that when I went to pay with my card, the counter person had to manually input the info. You could see where previous terminals had been removed, so I suspect it is due to fees on the terminals.
