Tuesday I brought a friend into this store at 8pm. After entering the store, we walked to the counter and noticed it was filthy. Food all over the floor and counter tops. The employees had their girlfriend's in and instead of cleaning the store, they were just sitting in a booth bs'g. One employee walked to the fryers and almost fell because of the fries and grease on the ground.
We turned around and left. Who wants to eat here with the place looking like a hurricane went thru. No thanks! I'll never return here.

Night shift slammed window on us after telling us to pull around front ( there was a car parked in front of us already waiting so we couldn’t.
Out slider didnt have cheese. Mozerella sticks were cold and and the night shift crew was very rude with every interaction.
Not only did we wait after rude service but our food was wrong and cold. We didn’t even have the sauce we asked for.

They have recently remodeled the place is very comfortable and nice. Ordered the French dip. It was excellent. Scott ran the store very efficiently kudos.

Very rude and didn’t say a word while handing me my food. Also threw my change into my hand and it went everywhere. Then proceeded to slam the window shut. Horrible customer service. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Please help train night crew (went at 10pm) to work on being kinder to customers.

The General Manager is so racist. Don't like American person. He fire that person for no reason. Yeah place is racist. Like their own people really ? I see the look on the General Manager's face. Restaurants around here are like that. I don't how corporate hire a person like that to be General Manager.

I went to grab dinner and pulled up to the window and realized I forgot my wallet. I didn’t mind running to grab it, and they just took care of the meal instead. They’re the best. Above and beyond. Thanks to Manager and gentleman at the window. Greatly appreciated!

We stopped by here for a quick snack while on vacation and nothing else was opened on the 4th of July. As soon as we walked in we was greeted by Scott. He took our order and was super nice and respectful. Food was quick to come out and was delicious! Scott actually came to our table and asked if everything was good and if we needed anything else… that’s something typically you don’t get in FAST FOOD. We were blew away at his customer service & Arby’s needs to give him a raise. We will definitely be back here when we are in the area again. Thank you Scott & other employees for your great food & service!
