Sat bar side, maybe 3 tables taken in the whole restaurant, not busy at all. We sat for 10 minutes, got passed by almost every single server and not even a hello or “we’ll be right with you” just straight up ignored. We decided to get up to leave and every single server was congregated at the counter talking.

The service was exemplary, they gave me another drink due to an accident and the manager came and apologized and made sure we were helped. The customer service was excellent for a late night. Server and manager ( Veronica and Alicia were super nice and accommodating) 😊

Service was super slow, and the place wasn't that busy. 12 dollars for 6 mozzarella stick is ridiculous. I think everything was over priced. It took us an hour to get our food and the apatizers came out maybe 5 minutes before the food. I've never had a good experience at any BWW.

The food was great and the waiter was even better. Every time he passed by he noticed our empty cups and brought refills right away. On top of that he was one of the friendliest and most motivated waiters we ever had anywhere in our years of visiting all over the US.

I have a 2-year-old son and the waitress kept calling him a girl and asked him not to play with the salt and pepper because it was costing the company money that he was dumping it out on the table waiting for his food and had he not been doing this he would have been screaming and causing a ruckus which is what ended up happening because she took them away. She got our food order wrong and I told her I was allergic to onions when the second waitress came on shift my salad had raw onions and so did our appetizer so I just got to say that the gal that helped us out did not like her job.
Dietary restrictions: Play definitely do not care about your dietary restrictions, and the fact that raw onion could have killed me meant nothing to them as well.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely not a kid friendly environment although I did see several children in the establishment it felt like they weren't welcome as patrons. And if they're not perfectly well-behaved then they shouldn't be in Buffalo wild wings was the impression I got from them.

The staff at the front of the house was very welcoming. We sat in the far back on the family side, right next to a kiosk where the waitresses and waiters put in the orders. Me and my sisters bf got our drinks within 2 minutes. My sister got a strawberry lemonade and our waitress took 15 minutes to get it for her. We had our other sister and her bf and their baby with us as well. We hardly saw our waitress, she would give us mean glares when she walked past us or walked away from us. (We were super nice, saying please, thank you, and take your time after every time she came around) we asked for apple juice for our nephew with us and that took 10 minutes to get. Our food came very quick (within 15 minutes of ordering) our wings were rock hard, the burgers were very greasy, the wrap was just tortilla and cheese. My BIL ordered 15 wings with buffalo ranch, and the waitress told us that they don’t make it anymore (one of our appetizers literally came with buffalo ranch) and she just sat there staring at him. He got a bunch of tiny little pieces of wings, while my other BIL ordered some and got huge peices of wings.
Do not recommend coming here, if you do, be 21 or older and go to the bar. They had way better service. Thank you!

Good food and awesome views/TV selection, slightly better than average service. Food was good/freshly cooked and tasted very good.
Atmosphere was great with the TVs all over and my party appreciated bring placed near one of the large projection screens.
Service started out awesome but became non-existent by half way through second quarter, which was odd because the restaurant thinned out substantially. Had to ask multiple times/people for refills, never did get a 3rd iced tea, left at half time because it took almost 20 minute for 1 gentleman's ice cream in our party.
Parking: Good amount of handing capped/van accessible spots
Wheelchair accessibility: Gentleman I was with was able to navigate all areas with electric wheelchair just fine. Staff was very accommodating removing extra chairs at our table.
