The 2 ladies in the morning are absolutely awesome, I believe their names are Kaylee and Aalissa they work their butt's off but they are always very polite and friendly the service is always fast and efficient and the food is hot and fresh.

Ordered 3 Trio and 2 Duo deals. 9 burgers, 5 of which were “ketchup only.” All 5 had mustard. One was eaten. Took 4 back. No problem. Girl at the front was very helpful and apologetic. Stuff happens. We confirmed order said “ketchup only.” Gave her the 4 remaining burgers with mustard to dispose of. Watch the store manager (“Haley”) remake the 4 with bare, ungloved hands. Watched her handle multiple non-food items intermittently between handling our food. The other worker (I’m told she is also a manager or supervisor) do the same: handle food and non-food items concurrently. When I asked Haley if she normally makes food there with her bare hands, she rebutted by asking if I “normally get free food.” I quickly pointed out that I had paid for these burgers. She said that I had paid for burgers that supposedly were made wrong and then claimed they were wrong and never returned them, getting those and the remakes both. I stated that I had returned 4 and the front cashier worker took them. Haley said they watched the burgers be made correctly the first time. I suggested we retrieve the burgers from the trash and inspect them. She said, “Anyway, here are the 4 burgers. Do you want them or a cash refund.” I asked to speak with her boss. She said that’s “corporate, and she would not give me their info saying they would not help in this situation. Adding that I could look them up online and speak with them that way. I will, and I’ve also notified the Lewis and Clark County Licensed Establishment Team.

The drive thru lady is awesome! Shes so nice and friendly. The bacon sausage breakfast croissant is so good! It was unbelievably fresh this am. Def satisfied my pregnancy craving. Crispy bacon, gooey cheese and nice juicy sausage. This specific buger king rarely disappoints.
Counter attendant was great! Jr. Whopper delicious. Like that lettuce and tomato is included, when other fast food joints charge extra. Restaurant was clean.

Burger King on Prospect- Helena, MT. Very rude impatient lady working the window. Got my order wrong, never repeated it back and claimed that she did. Ordered two meals and then one sandwich. Only received one meal. When I asked for clarification at the window, I was promptly told that she repeated it to me and I never responded to her and that they don't do add-ons at the window.... That's nice. Thanks. Won't be back anytime soon. Never even got a receipt...

Not a total loss cuz it was good for a laugh! Told me to come back in 10 minutes for my prepaid order of coffee, Sprite, and 2 hamburgers and fries. Everything was cold, even the coffee was luke warm and tasted like it had just been sitting overnight and they simply turned the warmer on for, I'd say just about 10 minutes. Don't order coffee here or their brains will explode! 😂

The guy working in there was extremely rude. The fries I got were super cold. When I told them they were cold They told me they were made recently and they shouldn't be cold. Yet they had another batch in about ready to come out. When The girl asked if I wanted fresh fries I told her yes. All the while, the rude man working there, his body language said enough. Throwing his arms in the air pointing at the window as if I was the one who was the problem. Sorry the fries were cold and I asked for ones that were not, I did pay for them after all. I even said something to the girl at the window about his rudeness. And how it was clearly obvious what he was saying even though I didn't hear a single word. She basically shined it off and closed the window. This place is horrible. I only went there because I didn't have any other choice, it was on the way home and my kid was hungry. If I could give it zero stars I would.
