The guy working the window was rude told us to drive around and he’ll bring it out 20 minutes later the food came out it wasn’t until I got home that I realized not only was the food cold half the order was not there I gave it one star cuz that’s all it let me put the food, service, and atmosphere all zeros.

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a Filet-O-Fish sandwich. It seemed like everything went smoothly and I was on my way home. When I got home, I took a bite out of the fish sandwich. The bun was hard but the flavor was decent. I went through my pocket for my change and found $9.41. I tried calling the Burger King on Prospect from home. And there was no answer. I tried several times and no answer. Unless a fish sandwich is $10 and 59 cents, or I paid with a $15 bill, I apparently was given the wrong change! I haven't gone to Burger King for several months and this is the first time I have been in months. I would definitely not recommend the fish sandwich and be sure to count your change.

Edit: Every single time we go here they can't get our order correct. We had to repeat it 5 times to get the order in right and we still got half of them single cheeseburgers when we ordered doubles, and sauce and everything on 4 out of the 5 things we ordered. We ALWAYS have to waste our time and money to go back to try to get it fixed. They apologize, but never train the crew to do their jobs properly and we continue to get screwed by this location only. I blame the owner and the management team because this has been ongoing for YEARS!!! The other two BK's don't have this issue at all. Have gone to the others several times and our orders are always hot and accurate.Live 2 minutes away. Burger was so cold that the cheese was still cold after getting home. Quality and service have gone completely from this location. Management needs to get their poop in a group and fix this store.

Absolutely horrible service, if I could put no stars I would. To start I ordered 2 rodeo cheese burgers with cheese, 2 cheeseburgers ketchup only (for my kids) and a 8 peice nugget. I got all the way home to realize I only got 1 rodeo burger (without cheese) and both kids burgers were whopper Jr's with everything on them and I literally didn't even get nuggets, they gave me cheese totts instead lmao and on top of all that I've tried to call over ten times and they keep ignoring the phone. Place is absolutely horrible with a bunch of drug addicts running it. Should be shot down.

Order was wrong,the drive thru person drop the bag and didn't even want to replace the items,and forgot to give me my change,when I ask for it he got mad and just told me to leave after realizing he made the mistake, never go to this burger King, the worst one

This is our 3rd time eating from here. Everytime pieces of our order have been missing. However, this time half our order (delivery) was missing. Spent $80 on food, and to have half of it not show up is pathetic. They don’t have a phone that works so I had to use the chat option. Their response is $25 in coupons. (Which doesn’t even cover the amount that’s missing) I don’t want a coupon. I want my damn money back for the things I didn’t get. Now I’m out money and half of us don’t have dinner. Will never pay for food here again.

Incompetent manager was not training the new person who was literally just standing around while a line formed inside and outside, and food was waiting to be expedited. The food warmer was full while the new hire just stood there with no help. I've worked for Burger King in the past, and neither the expediting system nor the POS system is hard to use if you can read. It's absurd that I, or anyone else, should have to wait over a half an hour (half an hour from the time I texted my wife I was there after walking in the door to the time I texted her I was leaving). Despite the manager personally expediting my order after asking him where my order was (and him confirming he'd made it in the back before coming up front and wasn't sure why it wasn't out), he still messed my order up.Maybe if Burger King paid these people a wage that was worth working for they'd be more enthusiastic and caring about their customers. I'm in no way blaming management or the employees here by the way, only the corporation that thrives off paying low wages.

I've never had a well done hamburger bun before now. And that was after choosing between 3 different meals because an ingredient was missing from one. Soda has almost no flavor.
