I went through drive through today. They didn’t have Diet Coke. Ordered a whopper with cheese meal. The burger meat was super thin like off some other type of burger. The fries were stone cold. Overall the worst meal I have ever got from Burger King!

Sat here waited over 30 minutes when I finally asked they said "I was wondering who that belongs to" but in the mean time I know all about one employees boyfriend, listen to them messing around in the back like children and talk to friends at the counter. I could of drove across town to the other BK ordered my food and received it in the time it took me to wait and then get refund. Never again!

The ladies on this shift are such team players. I heard them positively building each other through a rush, not to mention happy to fix a tiny mistake, and then made it so much better by giving my dogs a treat. This is how customer service should be. All others should take notes. Fantastic job ladies! Thank you

Negative zero! Waited for over 30 minutes in there parking lot. NO FOOD! Now how to figure out how to get a $30 refund since they refused to help us since ours was a mobile order. If you can’t complete or even start a mobile order turn mobile service very angry 😡 I understand they are short staffed but get it together! Very unhappy family that wanted some lunch but these people can’t give service to all of their customers. Freaking waste of time! Manager that was on duty was less than helpful & wouldn’t give us a refund. Calling my bank if I don’t receive a refund!!!!

I hadn’t eaten all day, just wanted a burger. I came an hour or so before they closed, still gave him a tip because I felt bad they had to work late.. never again Not only did they not include half of the order, whatever they did add tasted nasty!! The patties look like they took them straight from the freezer onto the burger, they’re YELLOW and taste rotten, the fries are over salted and stale? The only decent thing is the coke and cookies, and that’s barely good in itself Saw one of the kitchen guys flip us off, so just about what you’d expect

Don't know if it's the management or what but we ordered 2 meals and they were out of at least 4 things. No sauce for the melt,not Swiss cheese , no ketchup!!!!!!! And most choices in drink machine we're unavailable. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Overcooked fries, under cooked onion rings, told they don't make double hamburgers. Really BK? I've had bad service before, but you checked every single box on this one. Worst experience at a burger King ever! Congratulations you earned the title "King" of bad service, food, and attitude.

Ordered online and still had to wait over 20 minutes for my food. I could've gotten my food faster at a real restaurant.
Also, pic related is Burger King's idea of a medium fries. Fried were cold too, of course. Why wouldn't they be?
I was reminded all over again why I never go to Burger King. I was enticed in there by a coupon, but yeah this isn't even worth it at a discount.

I'm surprised this Burger King hasn't been permanently closed yet but I can definitely see why they never have any business. The staff were rude and I saw one guy lick his fingers, touch his face and then rub his butt and not wash his hands and then serve onion rings for the drive thru with no gloves on. I have never been more disgusted in my life.
