Absolutely awful experience, you can tell the owners don't give a shit about this store, instead of constantly screwing up everyone's orders and pushing out cold old food, just shut the store down. Had no issue reading i wanted onion rings but said screw the pickles and left them on. Sucks because this is the only bk on the west side of town. Be the last time I order anything from this store and waste my money, won't support a buisness that has no issue taking people's money but can't make there orders right. I'll go to McDonald's next time.

I don’t reccomend ordering ahead if you have a shake. They can’t cancel orders if they don’t have items and it’s a big hassle to cancel it through the app repeatedly.

Check your order when going thru the drive thru! The employee handling the order taking and drive thru experience is obviously not a happy employee. He is extremely rude while taking the automated order. When I drive up to the window, he gave my change back by throwing the change and it went all over the parking lot. When I went to pickup my order, it was not complete. He acted like I was bothering him. Employees need to attend customer service skills. If I was his boss, YOUR FIRED!

Not great. Went through the drive thru and sat for 2-3 minutes before being helped. Our mozzarella sticks were cold as well as our fries; we only ordered 3 things. The guy at the window didn’t seem to have any comprehension of what was going on. Not a fan of BK lately.

$20 bet they shut down in two years. Worst drive through in Helena. Waited 10 mins just to be ignored and I was the only person in line

Ordered 2 sandwiches both were wrong. I had mine remade , daughter said she would just eat hers. Watched as at least 4 more sandwiches were made wrong. Cook was cursing, and watched as mine was being remade and noticed no gloves were being used!!! Thought restaurants that have ready to eat foods HAD to have cooks wear gloves. The gal at the front was great and was trying to keep the motors running
Behind the counter appears to be running on 1 employee with 3 others who must be brand new… that being said we waited to get our order in for long enough that we gave up and used the kiosk… a couple minutes later we were acknowledged with a ‘did you get your order in? Great.’ The cook isn’t wearing gloves as he handles raw vegetables and burgers in bare hands. Is the food worth this… not likely. I’ll be pissed if I get sick!
