Every Burger King in the city of Helena deserves serious reconsideration. We lost both of our Hardee’s locations — which were far better restaurants — yet somehow we’re left with three Burger Kings, and every single one of them has major issues. The Burger King on Prospect is consistently careless with orders. I’ve ordered bacon burgers there multiple times, and twice there was no bacon at all, requiring me to go back inside. The third time, there was bacon, but it was barely noticeable — ultra-thin slices and only about half a piece. That’s not acceptable.
The Burger King kitty-corner from WinCo isn’t much better. They frequently run out of basic items like apple juice and kids’ toys. I’ll say the staff themselves are generally fine, but overall the experience is about the same level of disappointment as the Prospect location.
The worst one by far is the Burger King near Carroll College on Euclid. On a Sunday between church services, we stopped in for one kids’ meal. There was only one car ahead of us, yet it took 15 minutes just to have our payment taken at the first window. This is supposed to be fast food. Waiting that long for a tiny burger and small fries makes no sense. It honestly felt like the cooks were also being forced to run the window, which is a management problem, not a customer problem.
To sum it up: poor order accuracy, missing ingredients, constant shortages, and painfully slow service across all locations. Until major changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend any Burger King in this city.

Would be nice if the hours on the website was not misleading. Nothing like going through a drive thru only to find out they are closed when hrs on website says open til 2am!!!!

Could not get them to look at us or address us for 10+ minutes (under estimated) and we were the only ones in the dining room. Finally had to up and leave. Horrible.

I would give only one star but the gala who was working in the back was the only one who could actually run that store everyone else was acting like they were lost and had no idea what they were doing almost had to wait 30 minutes for two burgers and a fry kudos to the lady in the kitchen but everyone else was just a headache

I can’t stress enough that this review is for the franchisee that runs this location rather than the staff that work there. The staff are obviously overworked to a criminal degree - I have never seen more than three people working here at once. As a result, I have to imagine they are also underpaid, lacking proper training and just generally not given any reason to put in more than the bare minimum.
That being said, this place is mind-numbing in how badly it runs. At the very least, it is consistent: I can always count on the wait to be extreme, the menu to be missing items and at least one item to be incorrect. The service is usually fine, in the sense that every member of staff that I interact with are doing their best to be polite and somewhat friendly, but the team members are obviously unhappy and not exactly concerned with making sure experiences are positive beyond the meet-and-greet. I can’t say I blame them, considering there is usually one person working the line, One taking care of customers at the counter and at the drive thru and maybe one more trying to fill in gaps where they can.
Whoever owns this location, you are causing your business to fail.

I don’t normally leave positive reviews, but this Burger King honestly deserves it. Every time I’ve gone, the food has been fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. The fries are always crisp, the sandwiches are put together neatly, and everything tastes like it was actually made with care.
The staff here is also surprisingly friendly. They’re quick, patient, and never make you feel rushed, even when it’s busy. I’ve had multiple visits where the employees went out of their way to be polite or double-check my order, which I really appreciate.
The restaurant itself is usually clean, the wait times are short, and the service feels way more organized than most fast-food places. Overall, this location is definitely one of the better ones, and I always leave satisfied.
I stopped in on my way to work and the lady was really rude. After she gave me my food I tried to tell her thank you and she glared at me, telling me whatever and slamming the little window. If you work around people and have an attitude like that then go get a different job. I will go elsewhere and get food. I do not appreciate being treated like that.

First in line and waited 10 minutes before I got help. Got help and as im ready to pay for the food the gal walks away to the drive through leaving me hanging dry! Get my cup for soda and there is no ice. Get ice from the back and I pour my soda, soda machine is flat. Then I wait 25 minutes for my food to only get a mediocre whopper and half cooked fries. This burger king and it's staff suck. Booooooooo!

Holy Mayonnaise! I hope you like a sloppily-made burger with more mayo than burger, lettuce all over the inside and outside of the burger, a mashed and crinkled together wrapper. Try taking a bite without dripping mayo and having it all over your face. Go ahead try it. I stopped in at what seemed to be the slowest time of the day and received two of the most sloppily-made burgers Ive ever had from a fast food joint. Its not been the first time - I don't know why I go back. Whoever is managing this place is doing a terrible job.
