First in line and waited 10 minutes before I got help. Got help and as im ready to pay for the food the gal walks away to the drive through leaving me hanging dry! Get my cup for soda and there is no ice. Get ice from the back and I pour my soda, soda machine is flat. Then I wait 25 minutes for my food to only get a mediocre whopper and half cooked fries. This burger king and it's staff suck. Booooooooo!

Holy Mayonnaise! I hope you like a sloppily-made burger with more mayo than burger, lettuce all over the inside and outside of the burger, a mashed and crinkled together wrapper. Try taking a bite without dripping mayo and having it all over your face. Go ahead try it. I stopped in at what seemed to be the slowest time of the day and received two of the most sloppily-made burgers Ive ever had from a fast food joint. Its not been the first time - I don't know why I go back. Whoever is managing this place is doing a terrible job.

Worth it if you like Burger King. But there were only two people working when I was there, so it took almost 15 minutes for them to deal with drive thru and dine-in customers before my order was ready. Was not impressed.

We came in for lunch at 2:00pm. Husband wanted the Bacon King and I ordered the “Big” Fish. Husband had to change his order because they were out of all things, the Whopper patties! Self-serve soda machine wasn’t dispensing most of the soft drinks, like Coke and Dr Pepper products, but one of the employees took my cup and filled it behind the front counter. The employee who waited on us smelled horribly of body odor and had a dirty appearance. Then husband comes out of the bathroom saying it was dirty, smelled of “piss” and did not have a soap dispenser or soap of any type. Does this mean the employees don’t wash their hands?. This was our second time at this particular BK, and the first time was about the same, basically just really dirty in the dining room. We will not be back. They had their 2 chances

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. Our order was completely messed up—burgers were thrown together with no care, as if a toddler made them. Not to mention it took 15 minutes to get the initial order that was wrong. We even had to remind the staff what we ordered. Then we were told the screens were down, even though I watched them get turned off. On top of that, the staff were talking so loudly it echoed through the building. Overall, it felt careless and unprofessional.

I was hungry so i decided to go to my favorite plaxe to eat..burger king on euclid..like always as soon as u walk in you feel welcome and i smileing face waiting to take your order..i dont remember the GMs name but she is so nice..the cooks R awsome quick to get your food out and its fresh..so if your reading this i recomend this BK...thanks BURGER KING TEAM U ALL R AWSOME and hard workers

I used to go there when I was in middle school two years ago and it was awesome 10 out of 10. Everyone should try. Service is awesome in the food is good quality for Burger King.
