This is good old Chinese take-out that we grew up with. Snobs don't eat here.
I live out of state but ALWAYS stop here for dinner every time I come in town to visit family 😍
I have never had another place with Cashew Chicken that is able to live up to Wong's Cashew Chicken. I have actively tried to find a similarly cooked recipe local to me and have come up empty.

We ordered chow mein and we got an entire bucket of just vegetables - mainly celery.
And MAYBE 5 tiny tiny pieces of meat. I am extremely upset we paid $15 per meal for some celery. Will never return.
