I go to Chipotle's 1 to 2 times a month, each time is an enjoyable experience except for today. We order our food without protein. As we were watching a female employee build tacos, I got this strange judgmental glare from her. She needs to be taught grace and friendliness. My wife orders first, without meat and the female that took our order looked at my wife with silence and disdain. As it was my turn, I get no friendliness, then I asked for a bunch of cilantro for my order. She seemed confused and frustrated. The male employees stepped in, and are always friendly, helpful and pleasant to interact with. They serve with a smile. Ill will be back. Hopefully she has a different disposition. Review was based off today's service.

Love the burrito bowls and salads! Loads of food. I have been inside for the dine-in option (not a lot of room but doable and ordered online And picked it up in the drive thru. Super fast service and friendly staff. Their chips are amazing with this lime salt-yum! Overall better than Qdoba on Thor meat portions but a little lacking on their fajita veggie portions-but still a lot of food! 9/10 would recommend if you are in that area for a quick meal.

They have a drive thru that is only for pick up orders, so thanks for wasting 15 minutes of my life, like putting a sign up would be so difficult, just stupid. Plus the place is always dirty. Another Helena dump to put on the list

Very busy but the employees were all friendly and had great customer service. They didn't seem overwhelmed at all and it was packed. As soon as all customers have been helped they were cleaning off tables and sweeping to make it look nice again. They really did a great job. The food was alright my chicken tasted burnt and it was dry and I found a hair in my burrito but am employee was quick to make it right. The rest of my party enjoyed their food. The soda machine ran out of ice that was a bummer but overall it was a good lunch.
