I was unhappy with the service and how I got my food. I went to order a cotton candy blizzard and apparently they don’t sell it anymore but they are still show casing it on there screen? I went to get my food from the drive thru and had to sit there for 5 minutes for a sudae. Mean while I was waiting for my sundae the girls at the window were laughing not doing anything just sitting there. Five minutes after they were done talking they went to make my sundae and then realized it was sitting on a table and instead of giving my the new one they made, they gave me the one that had been sitting there for 5 minutes. Melted and nothing but syrup. Also most of the employees had ear buds in not paying attention to their customers. Disappointed and disgusted with the food quality and service.

I'm so grateful for this meal. The burger was fresh and cooked perfectly. The toppings were placed as if the person making it cared. Thank you for that!! The fries were good... not great but good. The 3 blizzards were all very good. It is so expensive to eat out, and many times the food is awful or simply not worth the money spent. I rarely take the risk anymore. But this time I was so pleased. The employees were sweet, and the drive through service was fast!
They screwed up my food so bad and didn't even try to actually fix it. They used an older online food bag of someone else's food which is disgusting and it was ripped open when they gave it to me overall so upset...

This location never has chocolate soft serve. We have had it before but the last 3 times we come they say they are out or they don’t have it at “this location”. You are literally an ice cream store without chocolate ice cream. Get it together.
