Was the first customer of the day and this place is disgusting. Tables and floor are still filthy and covered in food from the previous night. Kid running the cash register acts almost as if you being there is a burden.

Just received a order from them off of Uber Eats, I’m very disappointed to say the least as i received no sauces with my order especially when i paid for extra ranch and bbq sauce

Very unprofessional and disrespectful I workers. My grandfather ordered a sundae for after we ate our food and they brought it out with the food, and corrected the employees mistake. Not long after another employee very unprofessional looking probably late 20’s-30’s came out looked at us and pretended to clean up some tables while only picking one piece of trash up, while giving us judgemental looks, I just know the employees were talking bad. I will not be coming back. Do better. The girl who took our order was very nice, so that was a plus.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to after this visit. The burgers were soggy, and the service made it even worse. While I was ordering, the employees were talking about me just because I ordered a large. When I asked for lids ahead of time, they just smashed them onto my Blizzard and tossed it at me.
When I asked for a manager, someone just pointed and said her name was Monea. It took a while to actually get her, and when I did, she apologized but clearly didn’t care and made me feel like I was the problem for speaking up.
Overall, super unprofessional and not worth coming back for. I literally had to make a Google account just to leave this review.

I am not sure what happened to this store but it seems to have gone massively down hill. I had to take some days to calm down before I wrote this because I was going to uselessly flip out and cuss and say some things that would have been borderline criminal charges. Food was shite, burger soggy and nasty, chicken strips totally cold and hard. Dipped cone had dip on like the tip and no where else. When I asked I got eye rolls and was told to be thankful I got anything at all. The younger woman had the absolute worst attitude.

Absolutely amazing and welcoming atmosphere during my visit! Exceptional customer service, Monea the manager on shift was super helpful and very friendly and very fast!!! Boy can that girl work! Will definitely be coming back soon!

I door dash here regularly- so I see a bit.
Once i had a guy at night take quite a while at the drive thru- he finally gave me my orders and he didn’t put lids on them- and he crammed them all in one holder so I couldn’t really tell what they were. No tag or receipts….
The same kid just gave the worst customer service. He didn’t get my freeze right (who wants just graham cracker for $6? I asked for the NY cheesecake and I got plain ice cream) the girl gave me a side of strawberry……but he wasn’t paying attention when taking my order to begin with.
While I was waiting he forgot the sauce and fries for an older couple- and honestly he didn’t apologize one time. He acted like they were a hassle.
The night kids really don’t pay attention to the drive thru once it’s after 10. I was missing something and couldn’t even get their attention again- so I had to leave.
I’m not giving one star for just one experience. This was 3 negative visits in a row.

Staff are rude and talk bad about the customers. They also messed up my order that I paid extra for and told me I can only refund it through the app even though the app tells me to call the store for a refund.

The young ladies working the counter were awesome, my order got a little messed up (understandably in the rush hour) I had to go back two seperate times for corrections and missing food on my order, but they were great and took care of it right away. This review is for the girl with the pink highlights, she is really an asset to your staff.
