I door dash here regularly- so I see a bit.
Once i had a guy at night take quite a while at the drive thru- he finally gave me my orders and he didn’t put lids on them- and he crammed them all in one holder so I couldn’t really tell what they were. No tag or receipts….
The same kid just gave the worst customer service. He didn’t get my freeze right (who wants just graham cracker for $6? I asked for the NY cheesecake and I got plain ice cream) the girl gave me a side of strawberry……but he wasn’t paying attention when taking my order to begin with.
While I was waiting he forgot the sauce and fries for an older couple- and honestly he didn’t apologize one time. He acted like they were a hassle.
The night kids really don’t pay attention to the drive thru once it’s after 10. I was missing something and couldn’t even get their attention again- so I had to leave.
I’m not giving one star for just one experience. This was 3 negative visits in a row.

Staff are rude and talk bad about the customers. They also messed up my order that I paid extra for and told me I can only refund it through the app even though the app tells me to call the store for a refund.

The young ladies working the counter were awesome, my order got a little messed up (understandably in the rush hour) I had to go back two seperate times for corrections and missing food on my order, but they were great and took care of it right away. This review is for the girl with the pink highlights, she is really an asset to your staff.

so i came in today, and my fries were stale, i asked for extra cookie dough in my blizzard and payed almost 2$ extra for it and got very little amount in it, on top of that when i was speaking to the manager about how rude her employees were (i asked for her name she said monea or moonea not sure how to spell it) she rolled her eyes at me and made it seem like a inconvenience. then was talking crap about the customers in drive thru with her employees on top of that while i was eating in the dine in, i could hear the employees cussing, blasting music and again talking crap about the customers calling us fat, and needy all kinds of names. how is that person a manager?! how come there’s already another bad review with her name in it but no action seemed to be taken place? very unprofessional and very sad to see how this place is going down hill. spreading the word to my friends and family on this behavior. good luck you guys will need it!

so when i came i, they messed up on my blizzards twice the “manager” i think her name was monea or something was very rude, rolled her eyes at me when i asked them to fix it and was cussing and saying very inappropriate things towards her coworkers on top that she had her very long hair down and wasn’t completely up. very unprofessional and made me super uncomfortable. do better!!!

This is the worst store to go to in Helena. Everything's dirty, including the tables, the floor and the employee's mouths. The attitude that I witnessed today was atrocious. Learn how to train people right? Train them for customer service or don't let them work there. Y'all's attention to customer service and y'all's attention to how you're portraying your store really shows with how many people actually go through there on a daily basis. It keeps dwindling and dwindling. Good luck, guys. Youre gonna need it.

I went there earlier this evening and I ordered the $7 special that comes with the burger, fries, drink and a sundae. I paid the extra for a blizzard and when I got to the window, the young lady handed me the overflowing blizzard and the drink with no lid on either. I asked for lids for both of them and was told that they dont give lids unless it's for an order for door dash. Excuse me? Whaaat? I asked her why they would not give lids because with it being a drive thru, obviously you don't want ice cream or a drink spilled all over your car. I then told her I had been going to Dairy Queens for 50 years and this was the only one I had ever been to that refused that simple request and then asked to speak to the manager who told me the same thing. I handed everything back and told him to refund my money. He came back with lids. Imagine that. Got home and started eating my burger and fries and the burger was horrible. It was burnt and just did not taste like a DQ burger. There was obviously something wrong with the meat and I threw it away. This DQ used to be awesome but I'll never go back again. Before the automated response kicks in and tells you they're sorry for your bad experience and to go to such and such link like all the other responses to bad reviews, I suggest the owner go in and actually see why there's so many of them.
