If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely horrible. Some high school age girl took our order and was very rude. We asked for strawberry sundaes with EXTRA strawberries, and then a blizzard, pretty simple order.. get up to the window and I different teen took our pay and she was almost as rude as the other one. Just had a scowl on her face the whole time. I recognized her from the other DQ so i can only assume she got fired from that one and had to come here. Said the total and snatched my card out of my hands and shut the window. I asked for a receipt and she didn’t give me one. We then waited for almost 15 minutes for our ice cream and saw them preparing it then our whole order was just sitting on the table while they talked to their friends. FOR FIVE MINUTES our order sat there and I almost knocked on the window because I was so pissed. They must have forgotten that windows are see through and we were watching them do nothing for 5 minutes. Finally we got our order after waiting so long. She quickly handed it to us and shut the window. Upon examination we saw that not only did they not put extra strawberries, there was almost no strawberries on it at all. Then to top it all off (with everything but strawberries) they got the blizzard wrong. I usually try to give fast food workers grace, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. If you’re gonna have shitty food, then at least have good service.

My daughter and I ordered chicken strips, and they gave us the meal, and we were charged for that. We didn't realize this until we stopped to eat it. I called DQ immediately, and then every half hour, I left messages, and I called corporate. This was over a week ago!

Don’t often leave reviews, but this time I think it’s deserved. Every item we ordered was wrong. Two PLAIN hamburger kids meals, yeah let’s just load those up with ketchup mustard and pickles. Plain bacon cheeseburger? Nah, here’s a double hamburger with everything on it and no cheese? Makes sense. Asked for ketchup and ranch to go with the cheese curds, guess those must have slipped their mind too. Oh and by the way, they’ll charge 42 dollars for all of it. No thanks.

We used the drive thru. We ordered a small hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. The price was $4.19. We got a half sqwiggle of hot fudge. When questioned the girl at the drive thru assured me it was extra. It was a total rip off

Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill since the reopening. I always preferred this location and could not wait for it to open back up. We have gone to this location several times since it has reopened and every time the blizzards have a few sprinkles of topping on and near the top, but about 1/4 of the way from the top of the cup it becomes just ice cream. It is extremely disappointing when you are paying about $6 an ice cream and spending at least $30 a visit. I have specifically voiced my frustration when ordering and asked to make sure the toppings are throughout the blizzard and still cannot get it made correctly. I will not be returning to this location.
