This is the worst Dairy Queen in the entire franchise. Their food and deserts have always been awful but today they showed their true colors. I took my dogs to get pup cups as we had to make the tough decision to put my older dog down. The lady refused to sell me pup cups to give my dog a final treat before he passed away as it’s their policy that you have to purchase something else. I had no issue paying for the pup cups. We drove to the other Dairy Queen in town that we usually prefer and they gave me two cups on the house even though I asked to purchase them. Drive right past this location to the other one every time.

Lady running the drive thru was completely RUDE, looked like she was in highschool. Milkshakes came with no whipped cream or cherry and when I asked she said they're out of whipped cream very rudely and I don't understand how an ICE CREAM place runs out of whipped cream. Won't be going to that location anymore. Go to the North Montana Avenue one, WAY better and nicer people

Sorry but since we have the same issue everytime you are getting a 1 star until your crew can do their jobs properly. It is like every time we go to this location something is messed up. The number one thing is not properly ringing up orders. It happens in drive through and dining in. Obviously the franchise owner needs to step up and step in to fix THIS location, because the management is lack luster.

Didn't have chocolate ice cream. Ranch dressing was like water. Server looked annoyed & didn't bring out ranch dipping sauce after asking for it.

Wow. I used to live DQ cheeseburgers I watched the lady take mine straight out of the microwave and it tasted like it. Remember those chuckwagon burgers you used to get at the gas station? That's what this tasted like only a lot worse! It sat in the window for almost 10 minutes until I went up and asked for it. Fries were just as bad. Soda was flat. I contemplated throwing the food away but I was hungry. Should have tossed it. It gave me a stomach ache. Total garbage. I see why the place was empty!

It’s a shame that there are so many negative reviews. One of your best workers is a gal named Jenny. I’ve been to your DQ several times and this kid always has a smile on her face and is one of the most helpful people you have working there. You have a girl named Jamie who is THE most rude and nasty person ever. Maybe if you hired more people like Jenny you would get better reviews on your restaurant
