A lot of room for improvement. The quiche wasn’t warm, and hard to eat with a cheapo plastic fork… why not have real silverware? I thought about the soup but cold soup and a plastic spoon might be worse. With Panera Bread going in across the street I feel like the game should be stepped way up. Folks want to support local shops, but make the hot food hot, don’t promote single use plastic, have killer service, delicious variety (not available anywhere else) and make it worth it. I feel like they have a lot of potential but are spread too thin. Do a couple of things really well, not a lot of things semi-ok. I would think soup and sandwich combo would be a great seller - but lack luster options on the sandwich front aside from Thursday. And the confusing pricing makes my head spin.

The pastries here are really delicious, and the coffee was spot on, for the flavor I ordered, the pomegranate drink my lady ordered ... she said didn't have enuf "pomegranate flavor, she did enjoy it though.

I was in this morning 1/5/24 and purchased a raspberry white chocolate scone. It was not completely cooked all the way through, the dough was very gummy, making it completely inedible. I placed a call to let you all know and the individual answering the phones' response was "ok". Seriously "ok" that is all you have to say no apology. I use to be a regular customer, coming in 2-3 times per week, until my work schedule changed. I was really looking forward to one of your delicious scones since I was able to go into work a little later today. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product I purchased today, but more so disappointed that when I called to let you all know the only response I got was "ok". I do hope this was an isolated incident.
