Well, this was the second Florence coffee I drove to across town
only to find both of them closed during business hours according to google. I arrived at the first one around 6:45 AM and the second around 6:52 AM. So frustrating. They are usually my place to go so I didn’t give up when the first was closed. Ended up going to City Brew, which was open when I passed it to go to the second Florence Coffee. Get it together or change your advertised hours so I don’t waste my time and gas to end up disappointed.

The location on Last Chance Gulch has the slowest service anymore.
Waited over 10 minutes with 2 workers working.
Makayla was so organized and fast.
The new manager was one of the workers so she obviously doesn't care either.

Treated my half brother very poorly. Completely unjustified. The guy working there Cussed at him and called him names for no reason. Poor service

I showed up about 5–10 minutes before closing to order two drinks and was refused service. I get that arriving right before closing isn’t ideal, but if customers can’t be served during your posted hours, maybe those hours need to be updated.

The early closing time is already pretty limiting, and being turned away so quickly felt unnecessary. If you're going to close early or stop taking orders before closing, just make that clear up front.

If it ain't FloCo I don't go! These ladies serve up the best white mocha I've ever tasted. I love the rewards program that gifts you a free drink after so many purchases. They're always super polite and smiling. Never had a bad coffee here EVER! Keep killing it ladies you're all doing fantastic. See you again soon :-)

Ordered a matcha smoothie and iced latte, had the best customer service and the drinks were soooo good! This has been the best cafe we’ve been to in Montana??✨ Definitely worth the stop ☺️
