I took my family here yesterday and began our order the employee on the headset was an older woman and when I was ordering for 5 people naturally I was back and forth with her and everyone in the car.. I missed something she said and asked politely if she could repeat.. she basically yelled at me and said it again with a tone and volume that clearly communicated she was angry and frustrated. Naturally I did not appreciate this and we just left and went somewhere else. This is not the first time this employee has expressed inappropriate behavior. I brought my family though over a week ago and ordered and you could hear it in her tone then she hated the fact it was going to be more than 1 meal with a drink I let it go then because I thought she was having a rough day but this employee has been openly disrespectful multiple times but with this job the employee should not be frustrated just because buisness comes through if she is unable to remain professional in her station she should not be there and take on work more appropriate to her expectations instead of getting upset at customers for simply existing. I wont be taking my family to this chain anymore as I don't want a repeat of what happened especially not with my kids in the car they are young and even they said she was mean.

Got a pulled pork sandwich. There's no pork in the pulled pork sandwich. An onions were little tiny fragments. French fried tasted like they were recooked about three times over
Cheryl and the crew do a great job! The Frisco breakfast sandwich has been my go to, and they make it so well I don't really want to go elsewhere for breakfast these days.
