I have not been here in a little while. Most recently when I went it was about 1PM. on a Wednesday. There was not a long wait as I got to the drive through. Everybody I talked to was nice. They confirmed my order and from what I could tell it was fresh. Maybe there has been some employee turnover since then. Sometimes a district person needs to go there. Talk to the employees. Find out what is going on. And lay down the rules for what is expected. Those are the first steps to explaining to people - who may not realize people are noticing - what is expected.

Last four time I've gone in to get a Frisco burger, l asked for the sourdough bread to be toasted like it's supposed to be, yet again today get home and it's a soggy white bread all over again, really can someone show this cook how to turn up the charbroiler, frickin ridiculous, glad burger king is right down the street

Chicken tenders were nasty cooked in bad oil and burnt.
I thought I would try this place one more time to see if they got their act together yet. I ordered a burger, small fry, small shake and a3 piece tender. $18? OMG. The burger was cold like they kept it in the fridge. The tenders were burnt from over cooking and the shake didn't have any whip cream and was half full.
Why didn't they just close this location?
$18? I could of got a good meal from Applebee's for that price.

Soda machine not functioning, no ice, dirty store, unpleasant staff. A friend and I ordered a few items each, 2 meals, including drink cups, after the meal, I found myself throwing up, after the food was out of me, I felt better.... It was circumstantial evidence as probable cause implicating the meal as suspect.
Chicken is literally dark brown and taste like they haven’t changed out their deep fryers oil in months absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!
